boybi::: Natanong ko na, pwede daw 2 comm plates sa 1 vehicle. Babayaran mo extra yung additional plates. But from a different plate design na daw ang pwede.

yung ruling nga na dap[at nakasuper impose daw commemorative plate sa existing LTO plate hassle yun hehe... saka di naman nila mapapansin yun when you have a plate cover. Yung plaka ko for the front nasa loob ng oto hehe
