i would like to believe in the idea behind these signs... but as we all know.. useless ito.. unless properly and strictly enforced.... pero problema dito sa atin.. ang daming rules and regulations na ginagawa, batas na pinapasa... pero kulang na kulang ang enforcement... and the first to break these laws.. e mismong mga government officials... kaya tuloy... kung makakalusot ang common tao.. lulusot... iniisip nila.. e kung mga governtment officials nde sumusunod.. baket pa sila?... live by example dapat talga....unfortunately... kung gahaman at walang sinusunod ang mga opisyal. . ganun din ang mga tao.....kakainis tong cycle na ito dito sa pinas......
