Parking in front of the house

Our neighbors don't even allow parking in front of their driveway at the opposite side of the street. Kasi hindi daw sila makapagmaneuver!

"pare, inatrasan mo kotse ko!"
"sir, you can choose where to park your car, but i have no choice but to back out into this very space, if i have to use my car."

rule of thumb.
if it is a public road, and there is no law that specifically allows parking there... "no parking". period.
so why are our public roads lined by parked vehicles? because there is no enforcement.

Ang gawain kasi ni neighbor, inguso muna yung auto sa gate saka bababa at bubuksan si gate. Obstruction na yung auto nya sa kalsada. May nga mahirap lang talagang kausap. Tatlong neighbors yan.

Eh yung mga condo ngayon na around the street pumaparada mga tenant.

Ikotin nyo mga condominium dito pinas. Sa paligid puro side stree parking..

Nung hindi pa uso condo year 2007 ang presyo ng parking kung hindi ako nagkakamali aroud 300thou preselling tapos pag nakatayo na 500thou.

Ngayon bili ka condo parking mahina 800thou.

Kung alam ko lang tataas value parking eh sana bumili na lang bente preselling parking slots

The only time i park on the street is when i need to use the car sandwiched by the other vehicles

We even burned bridges with a relative from the states when they attempted to shut our access to the road. We have foresight, that we will be having multiple cars and we need to secure it all on our property and not on a public domain

The balik-bayans can park only one car on their side while we can park 6 on our property.

When strangers park outside near our gate we make it a point to check them out and look which house they headed into just in case we need to clear the path for our vehicles to pass thru

wala kasing batas na nagsasaad na "number of condo units equals number of parking slots".

It happened to me. I RARELY park my car outside e naatrasan pa. Good thing my neighbor paid up. I was parked in front of our lawn and part of my car was across their gate. Natamaan pag atras. Now I just block our gate when I park my car outside.
