Walang patawad ang BGC. Weekend pero hindi na flat rate. I paid P170 from 3:00 pm to 9:30 pm. I wonder when this started? Although pre pandemic kasi I rarely went to BGC on a weekend, it was always on a weekday.

You don't wanna know magkano sa Central Square ang parking pag hindi validated

Ayala Center Makati flat rate on weekends. Yun friend ko na shock din when the cashier said P170

Three Parkade. I hate that parking kasi lakas maka gutter

is it possible, that the bgc designer folks under-estimated the parking needs of the place?

Its probably P50 per hour in Central Square because thats the rate in One BHS and Fort Strip

It was already P20 per hour when I started working

either they are maximizing the effects of the parking shortage in the area, i.e., "pay thru the nose" syndrome.
or they are, for whatever reason, dissuading would-be parkers from parking. "park elsewhere, sir.":

^They are trying to discourage long-time parking like residents within the area or office workers.

Yes, that's right. S&R and St. Luke's BGC have the same parking policy.

parking space versus building rent versus costumer spending.
    a vicious cycle.

It's office workers doc. It used to be so hard to park there on weekdays before they raised the fees

    so i was right.
they were dissuading parkers from parking,
because there was a parking shortage,
because the planners probably underestimated the parked cars' numbers.

    in my workplace,
    we-authorized-parkers had a windshield sticker.
why don't these parking facility folks do something similar, so's "only authorized parkers may get in" ?

    kung park-n-spend naman,
the outrageous park-per-hour fees should be enough to dissuade the parker into leaving asap?
    hah! that never woiked.

they got number crunchers figuring out how much money per square meter of floor area should make

plus adjustments to keep up with inflation... sigurado tataas pa yan
