Where can I park in BGC near Net Square Building (3rd Avenue cor. 28th St.) or basta malapit and yung pinakamura during office hours (9AM - 6PM).
Yung may slot parin if 8:30 ako darating. Thanks Tsikoters.

Most pay parking areas within the area follow something like P50 for the first 3 hours and P50 per hour after. The cheapest is at Three Parcade near F1 Hotel and the open gravel parking near JP Morgan (around P50 first 3 hours then P10 after).

Sabi ng mga staff ko, yung Three Parcade di pa puno ng 8am. 7 floors of parking slots daw yung Three Parcade.

The one fronting the Science Museum is cheaper than most pay parking areas in BGC. Kaso, pila na 7am pa lang.

Kahit saan open BGC mura na rate 40 first 4 hours every succeding 10 pesos (6PM) onwards vs before 6pm na 50 pesos per hour.

Medyo mahirap lang makakuha ng parking slot at 2 or 3pm kasi hindi pa umaalis mga nagpark nang umaga.

Check mo Three Parkade. Kung 12MN out mo. Ang alam ko sa Three Parkade, di na nagpapapasok ng 12MN pero pwede ka pa din mag-exit kung past 12MN ka lalabas.

BGC Parking rates are expensive and getting more expesnsive. I was surprised that Market Market parking is not flat rate anymore on weekends. I was there for around 5 hours last Saturday and had to pay 80 pesos. Gosh! SM Aura is flat rate still, right?

Flat 150 ba between 9am and 6pm tapos +20 every hour after 6pm? Yung 50 naman is that first 2-4 hrs?
