2. Metro Badminton
3. CG2
4. Cityland
5. HMR Center
6. Mayflower


I stay in the office 9am-6/7pm. For those who frequent the area, can you help me with the current rates, and time when they usually get full in the morning?

Well my average here in Ayala is 130/day. I'm also considering monthly rental kung konti lang dagdag (long shot hehe).

if hindi ka maselan sa parking, hanap ka ng roadside parking sa Sheridan st. Libre parking doon.

or hanap ka ng nagpaparent ng monthly parking sa mga condos around. Robinsons, SM Light, Cityland, etc. nasa 2k siguro yung rate.

mahal na din yata parking sa robinson pag weekdays.. parang first 3 hours lang mura.. succeeding hours 30 pesos per hour na yata..

Hi, can anybody recommend any parking for rent/lease near madison square in pioneer? Unfortunately our condo (sunshine 100) does not have any available parking slots anymore. Need the parking slot ASAP. Can anybody refer anyone who can lease out his parking slot? Many thanks

Hi were you able to get any parking? Im also looking for a parking slot in the area, unfortunataly the condo where i stay (Sunshine 100) has no available parking spaces anymore. I hope you can also help me with a parking space? Thanks.

Any updates on this? Bump ko nalang po yung thread kasi naghahanap din ako ng mura(or free if meron) na parking, sa may Globe Telco Plaza kasi ako naka assign ngayon. Newbie pa lang.

Globe telecom plaza parking slots can be rented 2k monthly. Yun nga lng basement 5. Its about 800 mtrs drive one way

Thanks for the fast response. But I already inquire at GTP 1 and 2. Sabi eh wala daw ngayon sila parking rent for mga director's and executives lang pero confirm ko ulit sa monday. Anyway sir any suggestions pa na near lang GTP 2. Dun kasi office ko.

I just inquired yesterday and I was told only Accenture managers could avail of the monthly parking in Cybergate tower.

Flair, 5k a month but has to be long term 12++ months up. Dyan sa cityland marami din bro but if target mo is cheaper than 5K i doubt youll get one

Nearest na talaga in that area would be Mayflower St. Parking. Relatively safe naman kasi nasa tapat ng police station. Yun nga lang kailangan mo lang mag-tricycle.

Boss ask ko lang hindi ba mahirap mag park sa mayflower parking pag mga 5:00 A.M. Hindi pa ba full parking doon. Thanks
