May mga nabasa ako meron na ulit early parking sa SM Megamall A Parking? 8am daw nagbubukas.

Could anyone confirm?

Meron pa ba ibang flat rate or 10/hour parking sa Ortigas CBD? Robinsons Galleria?



Sa Rockwell Business Center na 45 - 18 hours, kailangan mo na ng ID to show proof na you work there.

Generelly megamall opens parking at 9:30am...swerte k lng talaga kung nkakapasok k ng 6am. For members of fitness first they are allowed to park starting 6am.

Prestige Parking(next to Joy~NostalG, between ADB compound and CyberBeta Bldg) is rated at M-F 50 first 2 hours and 20 succeeding...on Sat/Sun/Holidays first 12hours is 50, then next 12 hours is 50. Pro

Pro P is 50 first 2hours and 20 succeeding hour. at their Ruby lots 70 pesos for Holiday(special holiday is excempted)

Intelliparking is 60 first 2 hours and 20 succeeding hour.

ParkWise Marco Polo basement(level 4 ata) parking is 50 first 2 hours and 20 succeeding.

Sapphire Bloc, way too expensive...base sa pagkakaexplain ng parking attendant base sa rates vs hours...

P160 whole day. Nag-park ako ng 7am+ then out by 6pm. Hindi ko na matandaan ung parking rates kasi back to base nko ngayon. Hindi ko natanong kung anong operating hours nila.

About the open parking between podium and adb. They have a flat rate of Php160 where parking hour that exceeds 8hours. This only on Mon-Fri. Cutoff is only up to 11:45pm. Beyond cutoff rates apply. 50 1st 2hours and 20 succeeding hour. Fyi

You guys are so naive. The reason why inimpliment na per hour charging is because they already acquired the automated parking attendant system like the ones in the Fort Area.

Pag-computerize, mas madalj na mag bracket charging kasi pini-program. The next step would be free parking if you buy in groceries worth something or you have vouchers.

This is good for SM coz their parking lots are intended for mall patrons who will spend with them.

So for those who just park there and go to their offices, i suggest planuhin nyo na lang mga groceries nyo, as well as mga dine ins and dine outs nyo as well purchases like shoes, etc. para mag take asvantage nyo yun mgs prmos na ito in the future. Free popcorn for cinema or free cinema.

Kung gagamit din lang kayo ng SM parking 6 days a week might as well get perks as loyalty di'ba. This will eliminate the hassles on unecessary traffic coz of everyone thinking the same herd mentality na lipat parking para makatipid

well, AFAIK, they honor the EPlus Card sa parking ng SM Malls. pero welcome addition if they also honor Beep Card.

wow, nag iba na ang rates ng Megamall ah

noong una whenever I bring my car (while we were still based inside Oritgas Center) tapos morning shift ako, sa Megamall ako nagpapark (due na rin sa hourly rates ng karamihan sa mga parking areas in the Emerald area), 6am sila nagbubukas at AFAIK, P40 pa ang rate nila. then nabago ang opening ng parking nila to 9:30 AM.

I dunno if flat rate pa yung sa Podium.

Thankfully, wala na kami sa emerald. dun na kami near Kapitolyo, and yung parking rate ng isang mall near that is P50 flat rate. (I hope it will not change in the future)

My choice now is either podium or robinson galleria.

Diko lang alam rate ng podium at ano oras nag bubukas.

Sa galleria naman, 50/4 hours + 20 succeeding. Not sure anong oras rin pwede pumasok.
