but,
limiting the policy to motorcycles only, smacks of favoritism.
it is akin to limiting the PMVIC to private cars only and not to PUJs.

i have not experienced in a long time, hearing an obnoxious muffler noise from cars.
the ones i hear, may be noisier than factory, but 'pleasant' and not dis-agreable, naman.

May existing laws na sa illegal modifications, walalang talaga enforcement. What annoys me are those "siento bente" open pipe scoots. Once a pedestrian natapat sa mukha ung sonic boom ng exhaust, then yung late night sleeping time may dadaan sa kalye.. very irritating.

Every sunday always luneta. Kain itlog ng pugo, balut at bibili softdrinks doon tindahan na puro pipi/bingi. May pinupuntahan pa ako sa left side na restaurant dahil nakikinuod basketball. Im a purefoods fan, ang kalaban ko mga smb fan their grandslam years. Im in my elementary years pero mga matatanda na kumakanchaw sa akin.

I think more than 30years na ata ako last nakapasok luneta. Dahil nagkwento ako ngayon gusto ko makita ulit. Maybe bago matapos taon.

Thats why I fear the overzealousness of those who lack a bit of intelligence. A concern will be those who have exotic cars with OEM exhaust systems. Tatanggalin ba nila yun?

i read before,
this certain high end sports car manufacturer confesses that they take great pains in designing their mufflers, to make their cars sound good.

i can see it now...
"kap, hindi yan modified. na-butas lang yan kanina nung dumaan ako sa mataas na hump at natamaan yung muffler..."

I can’t figure out why they have to confiscate it. Why not just give them a hefty fine? If you remove them, nothing will “muffle” the explosive engine noise.
