Subidvision roads are private, unless the subdivision (developer or HOA) donated the road titles to the local government, then they can be deemed as public.. kaya nga yung mga class A subdivisions hindi dinodonate yung road titles nila to the LGU to prevent the roads become public...

sana lang yung mga neighbors ng LP, eh improve din ng local government nila yung daanan papunta sa kanila

if one is going to alabang, pag-labas ba ng friendship route (ts cruz subd) nang-huhuli na ang mmda? how about the road going to filinvest, nanghuhuli din ba sila?

i remember when i used to work there in alabang a few years ago, lenient naman sila pag-dating sa coding

i dont know if commerce avenue is now classified as as public road or a private road, but it used to be part of ayala alabang, hence, its a private road, but just the same, alang coding sa muntinlupa.
