    Good day mga bro!

I heard that there's a 1 month period before the issuance of a plate #.

    Nagtatanong lang po.

pwede gamitin anyday, the moment na masita ka is they will look for the invoice kung valid pa ang date, which is max of 7days.

Ingat ka lang sa Makati as they enforce color coding there based on the last digit of your conduction sticker at marami ng nadale dyan

Tama sina shadow, ms333 and tepperz. The coding rule is based on the ending digit of your conduction sticker. Some LGUs are not strict in implementing this rule, but makati is an exception. If you are apprehended and the violation is the number coding, don't be surprised coz this has been a rule since 1996.
