We were told today na ok na daw ma release ang unit but after the 7 day window hindi pwede ma byahe ang sasakyan hanggat walang ORCR.

We did not agree on what they've told us even if the manager went down to explain about the 7 day window.

I told the manager that I would rather wait for the ORCR along with the approved temporary plate. Imbes na i display lang namin sa garage ang sasakayan at tumatakbo na ang monthly amortization. [emoji39]

Para ma pressure sila i expedite ang pag process ng registration dahil naka tengga lang sa casa ang mga units na na order na nila sa planta.

I have 5 cars with old green plates that are still waiting for the "new" white plates. This will be my 2nd year in renewing all of them. Kahit sticker wala, all I get is the O.R. from LTO. Come to think of it, pwede ko na hindi I-rehistro mga kotse ko. Wala naman sumisita. Hehe.

I also have 2 cars with conduction plates, both were bought last year. Even though I fall under the "no apprehension" category since these were delivered way before the cut-off date, that does not exclude me from the inconvenience of being constantly flagged down by these fcuktards.

    Am I correct?

Not sure about that. Sabi lang sa 'kin ni SA last month pa sinubmit yung documents sa LTO at hanggang ngayon eh hindi pa makapag-provide si LTO. [emoji20]

My van was bought December 2016, still no OR/CR. Can I use it without being apprehended?

No ORCR No Travel, if you get flagged, that's 10T pesos.

ask them for a copy of the received copy from LTO kung kailan nila ni apply yung registration.. this will prove na late nila ni file and you can tell them na it's their fault kaya wala pa yung ORCR and that you will be using the car, so pag nahuli, they will be fined 100T as per LTO memo.

Hello guys. Eto din problema ko may invoice na po yung unit ko nung Feb 21 kaso ayaw i-release ng Citimotors Makati. Naiintindihan ko nman ung memo ng LTO about sa new memo. Tumawag ako sa LTO knina sbe nila ung invoice ko good for 7 days nman daw after nun igarahe na muna while waiting for the OR/CR.

    damn this un-able to correct!!!
i mean, of course, you can use it without being apprehended! statistics are in your favor, sir.
but then, i'm a staunch believer in murphy's law.

i just heard a phone interview on the radio, to an lto authority.
nag-tuturuan pa ang lto at ang dealer.
but my question is, this long waiting time wasn't there before! i remember in the 90s, after waiting for less than an hour, we would walk out of the lto with or cr in hand already. so why are we being made to wait for a long time, now?
i vaguely heard the lto guy say, "lack of manpower". talagah!!! yun lang!?? why not ask for more?

Listening to Ted Failon show. The argument is in order for the unit to be registered, the buyer should sign the sales invoiced that he recieved the unit in good condition... Which the owner might refuse to do so since he can't bring the unit with him. During which time the unit is stuck in the casa, and the buyer may change his mind and opt out of the purchase....

too many lawyers in the system.
too much lawyerspeak in the documents.

i say, let's haul away these lawyers and let more practical-minded guys run the show.
let's call on the lawyer when the practical-minded guys get into an argument. which, i imagine, they being practical-minded, would be a rare occurence.

Talagang meron lack of "manpower" sa LTO. Kasi hindi wala naman silang pagkalalaki e.

Sana naging mas honest sila. They have a more urgent lack of "brainpower."
