Having a xerox copy in your car at all times is an old regulation, LTO is just implementing it tighter...

I just recieved a message from our SA informing me that the documents required by LTO has already been submitted the following day after the release of the vehicle which was in our case last Jan 27, and it was LTO who couldn't provide that piece of paper that they are requiring every owner/driver of newly released vehicles.
So pa'no 'to? 3 days nang palamuti ang kotse namin sa garahe!
Did they do the DIY MV registration process?

I have 5 cars with old green plates that are still waiting for the "new" white plates. This will be my 2nd year in renewing all of them. Kahit sticker wala, all I get is the O.R. from LTO. Come to think of it, pwede ko na hindi I-rehistro mga kotse ko. Wala naman sumisita. Hehe.
I also have 2 cars with conduction plates, both were bought last year. Even though I fall under the "no apprehension" category since these were delivered way before the cut-off date, that does not exclude me from the inconvenience of being constantly flagged down by these fcuktards.
Am I correct?
Listening to Ted Failon show. The argument is in order for the unit to be registered, the buyer should sign the sales invoiced that he recieved the unit in good condition... Which the owner might refuse to do so since he can't bring the unit with him. During which time the unit is stuck in the casa, and the buyer may change his mind and opt out of the purchase....
We were told today na ok na daw ma release ang unit but after the 7 day window hindi pwede ma byahe ang sasakyan hanggat walang ORCR.
We did not agree on what they've told us even if the manager went down to explain about the 7 day window.
I told the manager that I would rather wait for the ORCR along with the approved temporary plate.
