So it is not an issue kung before or after 15 February mo binili sasakyan mo.

    2. Yung new plate design is required for purchases 15 February onwards lang and of course kailangan mo pa rin OR/CR mo.

Just got a new vehicle on February 15. No ORCR of course. Dealer said ONE MONTH minimum pa. Of course not their fault daw, because well, it never is naman diba?

The LTO should penalize only the DEALER in this case, and not the owner motorist. So punish only the guilty dapat, in this case, the DEALER.

In the meantime, while I wait for ONE MONTH or so until I get my ORCR, I have no choice but to use this new vehicle, because... kaya nga ako bumili ng new vehicle e diba? If huli, e di huli.

Is this toyota? Some dealers are only selling a few vehicles per day compared to hundreds from toyota.

    Ford BALINTAWAK

Fastest processing daw is TWO WEEKS daw. Longest daw is ONE MONTH.

My experience last year, the car was released January and the first amortization was April pa. I don't know why. Auto debit sya sa account ko, BPI.

How the heck does the LTO hope to implement this **** anyway?

Look around you in traffic, sometimes the cars without plates outnumber those with plates. So are the HPG, MMDA, MAPSA, BGC Sekyu and all the other clowns going to pull over EVERY car that has no plate, assuming that some of them have no OR CR? Imagine if they did that in EDSA?

LTO is dreaming. These policies are unimplementable.

ano daw ba ang cause ng traffic?

    masyado daw madami new cars

so it looks like the gov't wants to take new cars off the road

they're just not saying it outright

but what they're doing seems like that's the goal

I couldn't agree more sir uls.

walang plaka? - car owners and pagawain nyo ng plaka..

Hahaha. LTo is really a mess. Bawahahahahaha. Buang nila. Puro sila pang-ga-ga-go.
