    Kung meron permit to travel from the LTO and temporary plates lang, huhulihin din?

    so tinext ko at sinabi ko na humngi sya ng certificate / permit to travel from LTO since sila pala problema. Intayin ko response nya.

    By the way ano ba yung "transmittal sheet"?
    Transmittal sheet proof yan nabigay na sa lto yung mga papers mo for processing.

    Pwede transmittal sheet but 7 days din effectivity nyan. Meron din ako Feb 18 received ng LTO, March 2 may or/cr na (exactly 7 working days processing) pero di pa kinukuha ng casa
