Ano po ang number ng LTO NCR sa Araneta Ave. Till now wala pa rin ako plaka sa brand new vehicle na nilabas ko last April 30, 2015. Just got my or/cr last May 22.

Who's authorized to apprehend you to check your OR/CR? Just the LTO right?

Had to use my plateless car this weekend despite not having an OR/CR since I lent my brother the other car for his out of town trip. Passed by several enforcers of different cities as well as MMDA boys, they didn't bat an eyelash.

I don't actually understand why the burden has to fall on car buyers again. The LTO promise is one week for the OR/CR, which is in line with the 1 week leeway they give for new cars. But they're always 1-2 weeks delayed, and in that 1-2 weeks, the car buyer has to suffer and not use his car for the LTO's incompetence.

SA told me that only the LTO flying squad can apprehend a plate-less vehicle, to check for a proof of registration (ie. OR/CR). MMDA, PNP, HPG, etc.. cannot flag down a brand new vehicle awaiting its plates from LTO. Well that's according to him.

For those trying to avoid the LTO flying squad, try not to pass by EDSA bec. they are always there esp. near Crame.

Also our company's Canter is already 2.5 weeks old since delivery (5/27) and still no sign of any OR/CR, let alone the plates.

No less than Tolentino is against the no plate no travel policy kaya in no situation does an MMDA have any business flagging new car owners. You can report that mader facker MMDA TE. Yan Pasay TE naman, well as expected, hari ng kotong kaya naghahanap ng butas. Both of them have no business kaya any one if free to shoot these ass holes. That will be 2 corrupt and hulidap TE gone.

Sabi nun MMDA enforcer.no registration no travel daw sa kanila,sa LTO no plate no travel..di ko lng nasabi na sa LTO no registration no travel na rin.kase sabi ko LTO lng dapat ang mag flag down regarding da no plate..nun makita na OR/CR.hiningi rin lisensya ko.naghahanap siguro ng butas..para makaalis na rin ako agad pinakita ko na lng..

Got our starex from hancars yesterday. Diretso ako ng makati tapos taguig. Of course walang conduction sticker. Ang nasa plate lang ay "HANCARS". Medyo kabado baka parahin although may papeles naman. Buti wala pumara.

!*#$% corruption at its finest nga naman...

Bad trip yan bro, malamang bayad ka nga ulit as mentioned by bro testament11.
Pwede na tayong gumawa ng pinoy version ng "dude where's my car", sa atin "dude where's my plate" naman.

Update: Got my lost plate back! A tricycle driver found and returned it after word through common friends and acquaintances reached him. Although it did cost me P200 ransom hehe, would have paid bigger had i got it sooner before the affidavit and police report and bank request for certified or cr but i have not went to lto. But the thing is the screw holes have been torned although not completely so i may need to use another set of screws with bigger washers and maybe some strong super glue to have these reinstalled. Which would make me a violator of the ruling on that screw thing. Should i just go through with the hassle of transacting with lto and wait for my new plates in about 45days + 1 year?
