    Hinde naman kasi "no plate, no travel" eh, it's "no registration, no travel"

    vehicleS can't be on the road if it's still not registered, but ok Lang kahit walang plate basta registered na.

    I thought may fine if wala plate na naka install sa car mo? It was clearly a 5000php as I recall. Anyway I think I have all the requirements like ORCR, CSR and etc except the plate so I'm safe na ba? (I'm still waiting for my special plates that's why may ORCR na binigay saakin), Hirap nung feeling na kabibili mo lang nang bagong sasakyan tapos iniisip mo pag gagamitin mo may chance ka na pwede kang mahuli dahil sa "bago ang sasakyan" mo.

    Kahit may OR/CR ka mapakita na patunay na rehistrado na sasakyan mo, pero ala ka naman plaka nakakabit, easy 5k agad sa mga bulsa ng hinayupak na ahensiyang LTO. Holy week pa naman nun. Eh sino naman gag0 gusto mag multa ng 5,000.00 pesos? Para kang hinoldap ng LTO ng walang kalaban laban. Eh sila itong may sala kung bakit walang available na plaka.

    Kaya malaking BS yung sinasabing it was always a NO REGISTRATION NO TRAVEL policy.

    Eh ngayon they feel the heat of the senate investigation, etc, kaya biglang U-TURN sila sa LTO, pero 30 days lang. What happens after 30 days? Balik na ligaya nila? What a corrupt agency.

    Driver's license card nga di nila maayos-ayos yung supply. Pweh.

    Ang may problema yun mga enforcers dahil hinde nila maintindhan yun order, which is no registration, no travel...

    Correct. Lto cannot say it has always been no reg no travel, e yung memo nila says 5k for failing to attach the plate. Ayaw nila bawiin memo. Bakit hindi yata natanong yan ng mga senador.
    About conduction sticker, does the car owner equate to " authorized and accredited driver of the ......"? If this is so then dapat pede. If not then its an unregistered vehicle.

    COA tells LTO to suspend payments to vehicle plate producers | ABS-CBN News

    Garapal talaga ang kurakotan sa DOTC-LTO. 2013,2014 may bayad na agad sa contractor. Simply because para makakolekta na mga buwaya na nag-approve & award sa contractor pati mga bossing sa DOTC-LTO. Ngayon, naubos na ang pinursyento ng mga nangurakot, si juan dela cruz naman ang kotongan ng no plate-no travel policy. Eh pinatigil pa ng COA, eh di lalo ng walang plaka. Mga bwisit talaga , dapat bitayin na si Abaya, puro lang ABALA.

    Unit released May 12, 2015.. OR/CR May 21, 2015. Plate probably by June as per my dealer. Mga sir up to when pwede ilabas ang car if ever ma delay yung plate. Thanks
