onga naman. experience with TQA was active magtext yung SA para makabenta sila. pero the moment your car leaves their showroom kung di mo pa tawagan di magrereply sa texts mo.

Kapag nag subcon ang gobierno, at nasobrahan kickback, mag cut corners naman yung sub contractor, then i-reject ng agency yung output, ngayun, it is either ipa-ulit trabaho or pa re-bid ng contract... Ang output nyan ay ABALA parehas.

I, for one, am agreeing to this No Plate No Travel policy IF AND ONLY IF there would be no shortage of car plates, in the sense that all new car owners, once issued with their registration documents, can get their plate in LTO in the same day they plan on driving their car of of the dealer's lot. It would be for the betterment of everyone if all cars have their own respective plates, assigned to one or more respective (car) owners.

Dito ganyan eh, kapag bumili ka ng new car, bibigyan ka ng NVIS or New Vehicle Information Sheet na ipapakita mo sa Registries together with your driver's licence and insurance policy para mabigyan ka ng plaka. Kaya dito lahat ng cars may plaka, new or old.

Ang hirap dito sa "no plate, no travel" eh pag nahuli ka 99% of the time eh hindi kasalanan nung mapapatawan ng penalty, which is you. Ikaw magbabayad ng penalty pero sino may kasalanan bat wala kang plate? Either yung LTO dahil sobrang bagal nila maglabas, or yung CASA dahil bulk sila kumuha ng plate. Pero that doesn't matter to them, ikaw sasalo ng penalty.

Although there are still 1% na mga g*gong owner, na kahit may plate na eh di pa rin ilalagay para makaiwas sa coding.

Just today I was able to see around 8 vehicles with the new plates. AAJ and AAA series. Only 1 or 2 are using the mandatory breakable screws. The rest are using ordinary bolts and one even attached a rear view camera on the plate.

ganyan talaga mangyari pag ang owner ang magkabit ng sariling plates. lalo na at wala pa nanghuhuli sa daan.

Marami kasing car owners na overwhelmed masyado sa brand new cars after the purchase kaya nakakalmutan na basics... Kung ao ang buyer ng car, papapirmahin ko ang dealership na in the event na hulihin ako gn LTO due to the NO PLATE NO TRAVEL Policy, ang dealership ang magbabayad ng fines and penalties.

Have the dealer submit to LTO as they do now, deliver the plates direct to the registered owner via AiR21/LBC.
