I read the lto memorandum, and it doesn't say there that there is a 7 day registration period. If bukas kukunin yung sasakyan, and i byahe ng Saturday-Monday, with just the sales invoice, pwede naman diba? Or, do we still need to ask for the csr? Insurance is already done since march 30 pa, bukas lang ma kukuha yung kotse, bukas lang nag ka time eh.

ano ba talaga... may stocks ba, o walang stocks?
i hate it when the government representative to the people, tells a lie, so as to beautify someone's or some office's stature... then somebody apologizes when they do not deliver on the promise. then they say it is only an isolated case... yeah... isolated... as in, only in the philippines!

from the start, why not just tell the truth? alam naman nating lahat na hindi sila diyos... na tao rin sila..

Since it is already a consumer welfare issue, it's better to file a written complaint before the DTI-Consumer Protection and Advocacy Bureau. Then they will conduct mediation. By this, the dealer will be forced to do its obligations to you as a consumer
