No PLATE No TRAVEL Policy?

Oops, just got a new set of conduction plates printed for my car. I'll just follow up regarding the plate by tomorrow. So far I haven't been flagged down for this but I think it's time I had plates already.

Hindi bro. Private sector ang nagbibigay ng permit to travel and never ito inaacknowledge ng isang pulis. ang alam kong inaacklowledge nila DATI e yung 7 days invoice dahil sa conduction sticker. 1 week ito usually. pero with their new rule hindi na ata applicable ito.

Thanks sa info bro, ipa follow up ko nalang yung dealer. Kahit na ba may official receipt from LTO for permit to travel, hindi pa rin ba ito ina acknowledge ng enforcer? Goodbye to japorms ako nito, pag wala pang plate. Sana may postponement pa, kasi hindi pa naman definite kung kelan talaga ang implementation dba? wala pang exact date.

I had attended gatherings in Makati, Manila & Pasay yesterday and today, I was never flagged down. I even stopped due to red traffic light beside an MMDA constable and about 3 to 4 more crocs in front, they didn't even care. There was even a cop car behind me while I was in Makati, never got pulled over too. There was also a checkpoint that I passed with a big signboard of No Plates No Travel, they just let me through . I guess they haven't implemented it yet.

But I am going to LTO Cubao on Monday. I have a feeling my plates are already there. I still feel uneasy without my plates.

Garantisadong meron ka ng plate. make sure sir na yung OR/CR mo e nasa LTO-NCR naka register.

Yan ang ayaw ko, kahit hindi tayo pinapara e hindi tayo komportable habang nagmamaneho..

what if I skip paying for 1 month (assuming makuha ko na OR/CR by Dec), then start paying the next month onwards? Parang ganito mangyayari:

Nov 15 due - pay by Dec 15
Dec 15 due - pay by Jan 15
Jan 15 due - pay by Feb 15
onwards...

ano kaya mangyayari jan?

check niyo sir ang policy niyo, baka if you miss 1 payment, default na kagad kayo. mas mahirap pa kapag ganun, kasi you have to pay the full amount of the car na.

Uu nga noh. Mukhang madami dami tayo sa monday. Pero ako agahan ko para matapos agad kase plano ko balikan si dealer ko once na nakuha ko plate e. Tatanungin ko sila personally kung anu status ng plate ko. Gusto ko makita reaksyon nila pag sinabe ko na nakuha ko na plate ko pero ang status sa record nila pinaprocess pa. Yan kase madalas sinasabe sakin.. Hehe

Hindi naman makatarungan ito dapat yung na released na vehicle before january 2015 hindi dapat kasali dito ako yung ato ko nov 18 na released hangang ngayun wala pa or/cr e special plate pa pinagawa ko..nonono

me too.. special plate din ako and nov. 13 naman na-release yung car ko pero until now wala pa ring or/cr at plate..
