Pumunta din ako dito dahil sa news kanina. Mag e-expire pa naman ang sales invoice ko bukas. Iinit yata ulo ko neto sa SA at sa dealer bukas na bukas pag hindi magawan ng paraan.

I called the dealer again, April 17 daw. Hay, they better, may mga lakad ng Summer. There's no way na mag commute kami or worst rent a car. Isa sa reason kaya kami bumili ng sasakyan para may magamit pag may lakad!! Anak ng kalabaw oo!!
As clarified in the news last night by the LTO guy, car owner can contest the apprehension and if proven the dealer is the culprit, they will go after the dealer. In a way his saying, do not deny your self to your right of property just have the proper documents that would prove all is complete on your side and the issue is left to your dealer.

Did anyone send an email and FB message to LTO? I sent them a message requesting for the status of my car both in email and fb last friday (april 3), still don't have a reply from them :|
The dealer sent me an email containing the documents. I am not sure if I will go out with these. Hassle pag nahuli and worst yung fine hindi nga ma refund.

o baka naman, ang pinaka- "reward" lang na matatanggap ni driver eh sabihan siya ng LTO na:
"huwag ka ng magpa- PMS diyan sa dealer mo at siguradong t*tarant*duhin ka niyan!!!"

yung within 7 days ng provision ba is actual days or 7 working days?
halimbawa release ng kotse is April 1m so ibig sabihin pede kong magamit until April 8?
or since may holy week na holiday (Thu and Fri) pede ko pa syang gamitin hanggang April 13 (kasi April 9 holiday ulit).
Whether it is calendar days or working days, it wont be an issue. If LTO clarifies it as calendar days, then they SHOULD release the plates within 7 calendar days. Otherwise, if you are claiming it on the 7th calendar day and, for whatever reason, LTO still cannot release the plates, PLEASE SECURE DOCUMENTATION.
Hindi ba mabubuko din ng LTO ung sales invoice na ibang date dahil yung TPL coverage start date ay earlier than the sales invoice? Unless hindi marunong yjng nanghuhuli then makakalusot talaga, of course ibang usapan yun. Do you mean pati TPL iibahin yung date?
