"if you're going to complain about the no-plate-no-travel policy, you better have a document saying they don't have your plate yet..
because they'll want to know who goofed. as far as they're concerned, your plate is already available.."
if i were the LTO, this is what i'd do.

Tama lang ang NO PLATE NO TRAVEL POLICY, para gumalaw galaw both ang dealers at LTO, di yun after mo mabayaran sasakyan parang bahala ka na sa buhay mo.

If wala ka PLATE, just show them the papers stating na wala ka pa talaga issued plate, if you will ask me, protection ng lahat ito.

Oo nga hahaha! Para kasing tanga ang ratio of manufacturing, if a car manufacturing plant can produce X numbers of cars per day, I bet the subcontractor of LTO can produce 50*X or ven more number of plates per day, dyan mo nakikita ang kalokohan sa production nitong plates na ito and also sa kalokohan ng car manufacturers and dealers, bakit hindi sila ang magpressure sa LTO?

Kasi alam ng manufacturers, with or without plates, may bibili ng sasakyan nila and yung buyers naman overwhelmed masyado sa brand new na sasakyan nya without even thinking kung kailan marelease ang plaka nya.

Eto pa mga paps, alam ng manufacturers ng sasakyan and LTO na nasa state tayo ng economic boom sa mga sasakyan, wherein yung standard of living natin ay umaabot na sa kung saan marami na nakaka afford ng sasakyan and owning a vehicle is becoming a necessity, so impossible wala sila meeting of the mind to cope up with this demand.
