Ano kayang certification to? May OR/CR na ko pero wala binibigay sakin certification yung dealer ko.

I just got off the phone from a LTO Representative.

1. November 10 ay TENTATIVE date palang ng implementation ng "No Plate No Travel" meaning, wait for OFFICIAL announcements bago ito ma implement, FOR NOW, hindi pa ito effective.

2. BAKA mauna ang "NO Registration NO TRAVEL" Meaning, pag wala kang OR/CR e-garahe mo muna kotse mo. according to her, pag nagregister ang kotse, mas mabilis makuha ang OR/CR compared sa plates. SO kulitin na ninyo mga SA ninyo maski OR/CR lang muna para SAFE na tayo.

I just picked up my plates from the casa and that is exactly what my SA said.

We did not have time to install the plates kasi abutan ako ng coding window period. Today coding ng new plates ko. Pakabit ko na lang within the month. I have the OR CR na naman. Kaso may plate number na naka indicate hehe

Hindi po ba pwedeng tayo na lamang yung magkabit nung plate?

I guess the scare tactic of LTO is now working based on what I recalled when the spokesperson of LTO was interviewed before.

Sabi it's really more of the OR/CR than the plates kasi nga daw ay by batch ang pag file sa LTO na ginagawa ng dealers para hindi pabalik balik and invoice lang ang binibigay and yan daw ang mali kasi dina drive ng owner ang isang unregistered vehicle.

So ngayon na huhulin/paparahin ung mga walang plates, kukulitin ng mga car owners ung agents nila on their OR/CR and in turn, mapipilitan iregister kaagad and hindi gawing by batch ang application.

Gaya nung sa akin. Aug 23 ko nilabas ung vehicle and in my OR, Oct. 9 and CR is Oct. 13. Then nakuha ko lang last week. Meaning from Aug. 23 to Oct. 8 ay hindi pa pala registered ung vehicle ko. Then it took another 12 days for those to get to me.

Walang certification na kasama ang OR/CR ko. I don't know what is that certification for kasi it's written in my CR the conduction sticker of the vehicle so that means wala pa akong plates.

Sana ilaban ng lahat ng dealers to.

Imagine if the No registration No travel rule is implemented, ang isip ng tao e "Bakit ako bibili ng sasakyan e, pag labas ko palang lagot na" or ba't ako bibili ng sasakyan ngayon e matagal ko pa naman agad makukuha yan. (kung kailangan man e-rush ni dealer e at least 7 days parin bago ma release. at sabihin na nating hindi good business yun kung kada may bibili e may maglalakad.. mas malaki gastos nila.

several years ago, it wasn 't like this..
i got my papers and plates within 2 weeks of driving the car home.
so why can't our authorities do this now? what has changed?

Common practice na yan.

And for sure alam naman na din ng mga enforcers yan.

Ingat lang sa ipapakita na invoice dapat yung tamang date.

Nakakahingi pa naman sa casa ng additional sales invoice. Humingi ka na lang kesa iphotocopy mo pa.

This is good news. Pero wala di ako OR/CR. Sinasabay ng SA ko sa plates yun e.

Problem is my SA is no longer responding. I'm sure she gets bombarded by follow ups from her clients but it's still part of her job to reply. It's really an irritating situation for us customers.

What else can we do if our SA doesn't reply?

Ask po your SA to give you at least the photocopy of your OR/CR para mas mapadali kung need nila na nasa kanila ang orig for the plates.

I got my OR/CR a month ago. Pero plaka, malabo pa. Halos twice a week ako pumupunta sa casa ko para mag follow up in person. Buti na lang walking distance yung casa from office.

Also, ba't tayong mga consumers ang magdudusa sa ganyang batas. kasalanan ba natin na ang DEALER ang hindi rinerehistro ang ating mga sasakyan agad agad?! they should think of other means such as give a HUGE PENALTY for vehicles that was purchased 7 days (AS they claim 7 days matapos na diba?) ago tapos hindi pa na register. so at least DEALER to LTO ang may usapan,.
