Not sure kung ano insurance sinasabi ng LTO na kelanagn, if they're talking about the "insurance policy", eh di ba usually mini-mail yan after a month pa pagkakuha mo ng sasakyan? So kahit 7 days or less pa yung invoice mo ano ipapakita mong insurance paper?

third party insurance. required by law. even on day 1 of ownership. papano kung na-aksidente ang bagong sasakyan on the way home from the casa at may nasaktan, at wala pang insurance? look at your documents, sir. baka nandiyan na yan. yung iba kasi, kasama na TPL sa comprehensive insurance.

read carefully the documents, sir. look for "Third Party" phrase. it is sometimes included on the same page as the comprehensive. other companies give it a separate page, a copy of which is on the front page, for ease of tearing and surrendering to the LTO upon registration.
kung walang pahina, ay mag-serox ka na lang at pakita mo sa LTO yung original insurance and yung xerox.

Meeon na ko csr sir . January pa nga date nya. Pati toyota main kinukulit ko na since tue. Yung liason yata e nagtatago na kasi dun nako tinuturo ng SA. Tagal din reply ng lto fb pati email, natapos ang araw walang reply.

Mahirap na malamang mag f/up sa mga dealer and sa LTO. Sa dami ng mag f/up malamang di na nila makaya. Nung may lumabas kasi na implementation ng NPNT ng LTO Last january nangulit na ko sa dealer pero inabot pa din ng March ang release pero nangulit talaga ako.

Nagtxt yung dealer dumating na daw plaka ko . March 17 nila pinarehistro pero dec 2 ko pa nakuha yung sasakyan.

It seems that from the memo of LTO number 4 lang ang madaling lusutan as long as you purchased the vehicle within 7 days prior to apprehension. Sa invoice and insurance madali lang naman ibahin ang date. Hehe

SUBJECT: NO REGISTRATION — NO TRAVEL

DATE: 20 MARCH 2015

Starting 01 April 2015, no four (4)-wheeled motor vehicle can be used, driven or operated on the roads without being duly registered with the Land Transportation Office (LTO) pursuant to R.A. 4136, Joint Administrative Order No. 2014-01 and other applicable rules and regulations.

1. Any vehicle without license plates shall be stopped and the driver must present the Certificate of Registration (CR) and Official Receipt (OR) of the vehicle;

2. If only CR/OR are presented, a fine of Php 5,000.00 shall be imposed for failure to attach the plates;

3. In case Special Plates were applied for, the driver must present the OR for the payment;

4. If without CR/OR, the driver must present the following:

a. Certificate of Stock Reported;

b. Sales Invoice, which must be dated within seven (7) days prior to the apprehension; and

c. Certificate of Insurance Cover, which must be dated on or after the date of the Sales Invoice.

5. In the absence of any of the above, the vehicle owner shall be fined the amount of Php 10,000.00 for using an unregistered vehicle and the driver shall be fined the amount of Php 1,000.00 and cited for
reckless driving;

6. Further, if at the time of apprehension the date of the Sales Invoice exceeds thirty-seven (37) days from the date of purchase, the vehicle shall be impounded;

7. This is without prejudice to the liability of the concerned manufacturer, assembler, importer and dealer; and

8. All apprehensions may be contested within five (5) days therefrom.

LTO did not "soften" their stand. It's still NO REGISTRATION, NO TRAVEL. Even w/o plates, pwede pa din naman bumiyahe within 7 DAYS after delivery ng car. Otherwise, a FINE of P5,000 shall be impose for failure to attach plates.

Kasi nga base sa narration ng LTO its either the CASA failed to register the vehicle or, if registered, they failed to claim the plates from LTO.

It looks like LTO had done OT over the weekend. I got my CR OR and plate number today but without the sticker. Pwede na kesa wala ...btw my unit is just a month old so i think my SA did his job with the paper works...[emoji106][emoji2]
