It works! It paid off calling the MMCP to lodge a formal complain to their dealers . After calling MMCP yesterday Peaks Abad called me yesterday notifying me that I can now pickup the OR/CR and plates, got my new plates and OR/CR today.

Nakupo kung totoo man yan buti nakuha na namin plaka namin mung wednesday. Sumulat kami sa HARI. Ayun kinalunesan meron na daw, parang tinago lang at nilabas.

Question lang po, may mga nakakuha ba ng or/cr sa inyo na binigyan ng authorization ng bank or dealership to claim them directly sa LTO?

Yep filing a complain directly to the distributor, in my case MMCP (Mitsubishi), and telling them you will also file a complain to LTO, so that the dealer will be tagged as delinquent, hence dealers will be subject for suspension or revocation, can and will produce positive results. I think MMCP will directly intervene and will investigate and call the dealership .

File a complain:
1. Distributor
2. LTO

Hope this can help others having a hard time with their dealers for their OR/CR.

Also when I looked at the OR/CR it was dated Feb 1. WTF, I remember last Feb, I regularly followed up on my OR/CR texting and calling the dealer on this even if the plates are not available all I got was "wala pa".

mga sir, ano pwede remedy natin kung i implement nga ito sa April 1? I got my unit last January 8. Mag 3 months na siya this April wala pa rin OR/CR till now. I read the bulletin na kahit may OR CR ka kung wala kang plaka, ma multahan ka parin ng 5k.

It might be true that the plates are already at LTO and they can be withdrawn anytime. Maybe LTO is asking for additional processing "fee" to release the plates. Because if it's possible that some dealers are just lazy, it can't be true for all dealers to delay release of plates.

Transmittal sheet proof yan nabigay na sa lto yung mga papers mo for processing.
