The coding scheme only apply on major roads kaya no issue sa side streets that's why if you would notice, they position themselves only along the major roads. But then, for a greedy traffic enforcer, he will argue on this but stand your ground. Yes, that route is so familiar not only for coding but also for heavy traffic along Osmena.

Thank you for the inputs. Maybe I will take Buendia flyover along Osmeña but if heavy traffic is in sight then I can take alternative route in Filmore. And to be safeguarded, I will have myself a copy of the MMDA regulation on UVVRP in case lang na masita hehe.

HIndi na sir, meron ng block yun right side such that yung galing lang ilalim ang pwedeng mag merge back to Osmena but not the other way around. They blocked it kasi nag sasalubong both sides yung going up skyway from flyover & those from under going Osmena. It cause traffic & some accident.

Ah i see, its been a while na din kasi since i took the skyway via that way.

Got the plate today! Dated May-7 yung OR CR. No more complaints.
