Mabuburat ka sa SA bago makabenta kahit ata ano gagawin para i-please ka.

Pag nakabenta akala mo naka autoreply na sagot sayo. Hindi rin daw ako mabigyan ng CSR. Nagtatalo kami kahapon. Basta yung delivery invoice ayos na daw yun.

Sabi ko can you give me any document showing that my car registration is no longer at your hands but with LTO already? Kahit anong paper trail kako. Ayun wala na nasagot.

Transmittal Sheet sir. hingin mo, dun nakalagay yung Name mo, Make and model ng oto, Kung kailan na receive, Registration Number. May tatak ng LTO ang papel kung kailan na receive at kung kailan ma expire (yun usually magiging registration date mo sa OR/CR)

Pag ayaw ibigay sa iyo in documents, sabihin mo in 3 days mag file ka ng complain sa DTI.

Wala. Ifa-follow up pa ng "DEALER" yun para ma generate. so dumeretso na kundi buwan or taon pa hihintayin niyan.

Got my OR/CR 2 months after i got my unit. It has a plate number indicated already though may naka lagay din na 'no plate available'

I don't think you can just request for a change of plate number that easy. Once its done its done, unless you have a threat for your life, or from puv/diplomat/red to private and vise versa. That's what I know, unless there's other way.

Wala naman kasalanan yung dealer. And you just can't request to change your plates. Lifetime na yan.

Nakuha ko OR/CR 2 months after ko nakuha yung car and yung plate 1 week after bg orcr..hehe kinulit ko ng kinulit yung toyota pasong tamo agent ko para madaliin..

Yan din ang sekreto sa mga dealer, pag napansin nila na pumepetix ka rin at hindi ka nag fo-follow up (as in once a week lang) hindi ka nila considered na priority. unlike na pag aaraw arawin mo silang bwisitin. haha!!

Based po sa latest news, by January 2015 po. lahat po ng dealer ay rine-require na mag release lang ng kotse na may OR/CR at Plaka na. if wala, hindi nila pwede release yung kotse.

Got mine today after i followed it up last thursday. Some pointers i got from my dealer:

1. The 2 plates have serial numbers (bar code), one is lower than the other. Example 123456788 and 123456789. The plate with the lower number should be installed on the front and the higher numbered plate at the back.

2. The sticker must be placed in an area of the windshield that has no tint. If there is any tint where the sticker is placed then that is already a violation. Reason is #3 below.

3. The front plate and the sticker serial numbers can be read supposedly by a radar/laser gun being purchased by the lto and mmda. That is why they will not allow the front sticker to be placed where there is tint as this will hinder the radar/laser from reading the sticker. This is supposedly one of the anti-carnap features of the new plates and stickers. If they don't match then you are in trouble.

4. The rear plate does not have this feature. Since it is usually the rear plates that are stolen and then installed on the front of the carnapped vehicle if they can't read the plate's serial number with their radar/laser then your car is immediately suspected as stolen. So make sure you follow pointer #1 and #2.

5. Once tightened the bolt hex heads are supposedly designed to break off when loosened. The remaining part of the bolt then acts as a rivet preventing the plate from being stolen. They can be drilled out though, so anyone who has a battery operated drill can still steal your plates. It does make it harder for thieves to steal them.

Kaya ba yan ng 1 oras sir? Parang mahirap lalo na sa ganyang oras. dumating kasi kami dun ng mga 2:30 pm e. no idea kung mag entertain pa sila by that time. may mga government agencies kasi tayo na may cut off sa receiving e.

walang kwenta SA ko, binigay sakin certification with different dates lang na kadali naman gawin. what's worst is wala pa pirma ng general manager na nakapangalan. decided to scan the receipts then edited the whole receipt and delivery receipt. bumili narin ako ng stamp pad ink and date stamp. gagawa nalang ako certificate na kunyari test drive unit nabili ko kaya 1k ang odo.
