Mga Pareko, I just got my son's OR/CR last friday-yung plaka wala pa.Bale 5 mos ko nang nailabas yung oto.
Thanks!

vr6,
issuance of special plates including triple numbers is is stopped by the new lto chief, wala ka talagang makukuhang plaka.
paolorenzo,

Sabi niya new policy ng bagong LTO head yung sabay pag-release ng OR/CR at plates.
Back to my previous query-pag may OR/CR ba hindi na huhulihin ng MMDA?

..... 15T triple 8 ang bayad nya.

ang masama nito, it is the buyer of the car who is being penalized for something that is beyond his control.
considering that the delay can be traced either to the LTO or the dealer, sila dapat managot and not the buyer. kung may fine ang dealer/manufacturer for any untoward delay, i'm sure di nila iipunin bago i-process. so kung mahuli ang buyer nila, sila ang ituturo. pero, they wil be absolved if they are able to show na nabigay nila kaagad sa LTO.
if you ask me, the only time that the car owner/driver should be liable is when he deliberately refuses to attach the plate number, para di ma-coding.

My car was released last january 21, 2004. I had my plates last February 7, 2004 under normal channel.
sino ba dealer mo? kudos to your agent!
