No plates? Display your conduction details pa din
If andyan na ang plates install it properly, no tilting, no cover with heavy or any tints / obstructions.
Natry ko na pala wala plaka, kase wala din ako bumper that time iniwan ko sa pagawaan.

Last Saturday night, in front of Theater Mall in Greenhills, there was this black Escalade illegally parked there for all to see -- with no plates in the front and the back, and no conduction stickers either on its front and rear windshield. The only identifying mark it had was a bright and shiny, almost metallic looking "Office of the President, Malacanang" sticker on its lower left-hand windshield, for all (parking) authority to cringe in fear of.
