    tsaka pansin ko bakit biglang ni announce nila May 18 na agad start.. diba dapat at least 2 weeks or 1 month yan bago implementation..

    Sa atin its either na walang batas o me batas na sobra OA. Pag na ngopya sa ibang bansa ng batas sobra naman ang arte to the point na hindi na practical sa common user!

    Ok naman itong batas na to. Ung implementation/ execution ng mga enforcer ang medyo dehado. Alam nyo na.. Dash cam i think hindi naman pakiki alaman.

    Nagkagulo na sa interpretation ng line of sight.

    Dapat hinde na Kasi pinakialaman ng ADDA yun line of sight eh. Basta bawal mag text or call kung hinde hands free or bawal hawakan gadget while vehicle is in motion yun placement kahit saan. Yun lang Naman ang crux ng ADDA.

    Pinagulo pa dahil sa line of sight.
