    Ladies and gentlemen, your voices have been heard.

    Effective immediately, the DOTr have suspended all apprehensions of the ADDA. Feel free to share this official statement on your walls.

    OFFICIAL STATEMENT

    To respond to the call of both Houses of Congress to defer the implementation of ADDA, the Department of Transportation (DOTr), Land Transportation Office (LTO), Land Transportation Franchising and Regulatory Board (LTFRB), Metro Manila
    Development Authority (MMDA), and the PNP Highway Patrol Group (HPG) take heed to the Congress, being the authors of the law, to defer the enforcement of Republic Act 10913 or the Anti-Distracted Driving Act (ADDA).

    Relative thereto, the DOTr shall immediately revive its Technical Working Group to conduct a review of the IRR in coordination with concerned stakeholders.

    An Information and Education Campaign (IEC) shall commence as soon as the new IRR is crafted.

    In the meantime, we invite the public to continue the constructive discussion on this new law so as to contribute on how we could all better promote road safety, discipline, and responsible driving.

    diyan lang naman talaga nagkabutas ang law na iyan.
    sinamantala or mga t*ng* lang talaga yung mga apprehending este "harassing" officers sa mga offending motorists diumano.

    nilagyan ko pa kamo ng black marker yung silver ring around ng lens, pati yung brand & wifi markings para mas disimulado, labag man sa loob ko.

    ADDA suspended for 6 months.

    Govt' suspends implementation of Anti-Distracted Driving Act – LTFRB | Money | GMA News Online


    After 6 months just like the rest of unpopular laws it will be forgotten and maybe revive only when another similar law is crafted.

    Hassle just bought from Lazada a rear view mirror clip for my dashcam, because the suction cup that came with it would often fall.

    Based on the diagram, di pala pwede to & have to go back to the suction cup to place it behind the rear view mirror?

    Ganyan nga mirror mount na gamit ko. Naka bend lang horizontally (upward hanggat kaya) yung middle portion para tumaas ang position ng dashcam
