    eh sa totoo lang kasi ang sarap namang tingnan kung walang mga baubot na naka lagay sa dashboard diba.ung iba kasi parang ginagawa na nilang display cabinet ung dashboard nila.pero ako ayoko talaga ng may naka lagay or naka patong sa dashboard ko.kay esmi nga pag nag patong ng suklay pinapatanggal ko agad,

    pero ung dashcam ko nandun sa bandang likod ng center mirror ko..pwede na siguro un..

    Maganda intention ng law na ito, pero tingin ko source ng kotong to. masyadong generalized.

    the ideal placement of GPS devices (offline or dynamic like waze and Google Maps) is really the windshield or the dash. It needs to be near the line of sight so the one driving can glance at it (from time to time) without taking his eyes off the road. IMHO, it's safer that way.

    before we accuse the TEs, let us take a look at ourselves.

    but the law targets only electronic devices.
    authorities confess it is powerless against the PUJ's windshield altars.

    Law's intention is good but IRR is ridiculous. We should pass a law na retirement age ng mga members ng Congress. These dinosaurs are so out of touch that they can't pass effective law in tune with current situation.
