So meron naman pala silang database for these kinds of offenses. And you wonder why yung mga buses and PUVs na basura mag drive hindi nila ma enforce ng ganiyan..?

Afaik hindi accurate ang speed gun nila pag night time.. Coz it got confuse sa beam ng headlight NATIn... Na reregister yung speed NG ilaw...

SCTEX going to subic nasa porac exit yung may speed gun. Di pa sila lagi may operation since konti ang volume ng papuntang subic. Pag lampas mo ng porac hataw ka na hangang before dinalupihan kasi minsan meron din sa dinalupihan.

di gaya sa papuntang tarlac palipat-lipat yung may speed gun. Minsan sa concepcion, minsan luisita.

Tplex malayo pa kita mo na lagi naka-ON yung blinkers ng pick up na may speed gun.

3 times nko nag drive Baguio since Nov 2014 and never nman ako nahuli. This was driving consistently at 140kph and more sa SCTEX and TPLEX but this was normally during madaling araw around 4pm. Ala nmang nanghuhuli. I normally pass by pa nga un mga pickups na may ilaw ilaw pa. Never pa rin ko na experience un ni che check un time stamp ng tickets sa toll kung nag over speed ka. My guess is walang catcher ng ganong oras. It pays to know siguro un area or window na may bantay na. Driving at 100 kph sa TPLEX with virtually nothing at the horizon is nakakainip...

Also picked up my DL sa east avenue nung nahuli ako sa TPLEX way back in 2014. Akala ko hindi pa nagsimulang ipatupad ang speed limit dahil ilang buwan pa lang na nakabukas ang tplex.
I think it's between 8 to 9 am nung nahuli ako at tantya ko they are just a few kilometers away before the toll gate. Hassle at gastos talaga dahil pauwi ako noon ng norte nung na flagdown ako, kaya yung 2k+ na penalty ay naging 3 times ang gastos (kasama ang round trip toll fee at gas nung binalikan ko ang aking DL) hahaha.
I have learned my lesson kaya "smart driving" na ako ngayon lalo na sa expressways.
Pero totoong nakakaantok ang 100kph na speed limit lalo na sa tplex at sctex.
Modern cars nowadays doesn't even put a bit of effort to reach that speed limit and their braking system i guess has likewise improved significantly. Kaya siguro pwede na nilang itaas sa 110kph ang limit hehehe.

Mabuti Pala hindi pa ako nahuhuli... Almost everyday dumadaan ako nlex or slex, tplex,sctex.. Always ako lumalampas sa speed limit... Pero always din naman Kahit over sa speed limit.. Maingat pa din ako.. And hindi ako bumababad sa left lane..

That is the guidance here at SLEX bro....

Not sure about NLEX, SCTEX or TPLEX,- but that is my style too... Cruising and overtake for about 30 sec and then, foot off the accelerator and let the autocruise kick back in....

^^^ Quite effective. I do the same thing. Cruise at 100 kmh then do some speed spurts for overtaking then cruise again at 100 kmh. If traffic is light with no signs of parked Innovas/Rangers/Hilux, cruise at a higher speed.

Siyempre,- it's all about timing.

You do not overtake kung may nakikita kang overpass or nakaparadang sasakyan (including sa kabilang side ng kalye)....

yan sinabi ko nung 1st huli ko sa sctex e, may ino-overtake lang ako kaya umabot ng 127 kph (sa camera nila 127 kph, pero nasa 135 kph ako nun). ticket pa din. kaya ngayon pag may nakikita akong fly-over di na ako umo-overtake.

Tip nung nag-clock saken sa SCTEX. Around 115 km/h allowable pa, so sa speedometer daw natin 120 km/h pwede pa (overtaking or cruising). Beyond that, automatic ticket na.

Di ako papahuli kaya max ko talaga is 100-110 lang. Tama na natesting ko nung bago bago pa SCTEX. Binibirit ko na lang ng todomax na halos redline after each exit. Dun lang sigurado inat siya.

It seems that there's a new speed sensor in sctex going to subic. It's under the 1st overpass after dinalupihan exit. May nag flash na white then red nung dumaan ako at around 110kph. Wala naman nanghuli pero baka dahil gabi na yun or under 120 naman.
