Lokohan talaga.

LTO: Time to change old license plates | Official Gazette of the Republic of the Philippines
Just to remind those who have old license plates: the new plates will not change your alphanumeric combination. Your existing plate numbers will be retained. Only vehicles registered for the first-time will be issued the new 3-letter 4-number combination, Tan said.
DO WE REALLY NEED TO CHANGE IT?
I remember Sen. Recto questioned LTO's plate replacement last year, but I guess pampa-pogi lang nya yun at wala rin nangyari
Lower it? They won't its their way to earn money. Would you lower your prices if there is no competition and your clients are did forced to buy your products?
The answer is no.
They only have to think what's the max price they could put without people complaining too much?
500 kaya? Baka may madami reklamo. Lets lower it to 450. Hehe
I heard same thing is happening at BIR.
450? Nahiya pa sila. Ginawa na lang sana nila 499.95.![]()
Just got my plates, mukhang ako na magkakabit. Ginamit niyo ba prescribed bolts?
Another thing may tint windshield ko. Pano naman yun?
"Avoid any tinted areas of the windshield"

1. cut existing windshield to lto sticker size (i suggest 1/2 cm allowance on each border)

If you want to go cheap, you can also use Duraseal no-residue self adhesive plastic book cover.
Yon yung gamit ko for our building parking sticker.
Nope. Its adhesive is formulated to peel off easily without leaving residues or damaging the surface of the book (or in this case, our tint). I don't think it will be durable enough to be used on the outside part of the windshield. Anyway, just in case you want to try it out, I got mine sa NBS.
National Bookstore.
I bought mine from the Glorietta branch. Kaya lang this was a couple years ago. I haven't checked back since. Tanong mo na lang.
Beware though --- NBS also sells imitation (cheaper) brands. The adhesive on these leave a lot of residue that requires a lot of WD40 to clean up. Make sure Duraseal yung tatak.
