"Use the existing holes of the car or drill two holes of 6.5mm. Place the flat washer on the top of the plate and insert the bolt through the hole. Insert the lock washer (slitted washer) on the back side of the bolt and fit the nut and tighten by hand. Then use a 10mm wrench to tighten it further until the head breaks off."

Thanks! Btw, may sinabi ba sa IRR na bawal ang accessories like europlates, plateframes? Kung same size kasi parang pwede padin naman. Basta yun one way screw nila ang gagamitin mo at di mo na aalisin yun plate with accessory pag ka kabit?

sana meron authorized clear plate cover ang LTO. kahit sila nalang magbenta basta tamang presyo (which i doubt).

pag kasi specified sa batas na "clear cover" lang ang allowed maglalagay pa rin ng tinted and smoked plate covers mga owners. tapos pag nahuli sasabihin "clear naman yan kasi kita / aninag pa rin ang plaka". BS.

Sana payagan nila yung clear plate cover. Kaya ako naglagay nun kasi napunit yung plate namin dahil siguro sa nagagalaw siya ng hangin pag mabilis na takbo lalo na yung sa harap.

Hindi hangin ang nakapunit sa plate mo, mga pedestrians na sumasabit pag naglalakad ng dikit sa bumper.

Saw a Tucson with the new plates a few minutes ago. Maganda naman siya, simple at malinis, wala na yung ka-epalan na Philippines 2000 o Matatatag na Republika. Tsaka maganda yung nakalagay kung saan lugar/province naka-rehistro yung sasakyan, parang yung sa Japan, nakalagay saan ang prefecture.

the first letter no longer indicate the region of registration.. it will be indicated underneath the plate number, e.g. "NCR"

so if i have a vehicle that was originaly bought and registered in cavite or laguna hindi nila ilalagay na "NCR" kahit nailipat na ang registration dito sa NCR?

yes, kahit luma. mauna nga lang ang newly registered cars. pag old car, upon renewal pa ng registration. backread ka na lang.

Ung special plate ko 3letter2digit combo ayus na daw, pero heheh may pero pa ung or/cr pa ay inaantay padin. Heheheheh. . .
