Guys, with the new plates issuance in question, can the conduction sticker be removed and just have a temporary plate with the conduction sticker number? I do not like conduction stickers especially with the uneven fading of the tint under it. Does anyone know the rule on conduction stickers?

its allowed, since sila rin naman ang may sala eh.
i've seen lots of cars do it. just make sure that your papers are complete sa oto in case may manita sa iyo.

    btt.

i was in LTO Las Pinas yesterday (on leave ako), to check kung available na yung replacement plates ko that i paid FEBRUARY 2015 as well as the sticker for 2016.

    wala pa din pareho.

    sus ginoo.

Keep it on as that is the official identification in absence of your license plate.

What tint do you have? Good tint should not fade even with a sticker blocking the UV.

is it not that the tint is stick inside the car while the conduction sticker is placed outside usually at the back?

    BTT
because LTO hasn't delivered the plate yet, i had the plate of one of my cars customized. so far nobody tries to flag me down.

Front and rear sir JM. Fading is probably due to years of UV (sun) exposure. With the conduction sticker blocking uv rays on that portion, any fading will be uneven. Anyway, it's a minor concern lang naman. More than the fading, I want to remove the conduction sticker to make the windshield as neat as possible.😆

Vinj, Thanks. It comes with V-cool OEM. I had an experience before with our previous vehicle with a 3M tint. Darker shade under the sticker when I removed it a number of years after. Mag one year na sa july yung oto na wala pang plates.

Almost 1 year after makuha sa casa yung sasakyan, nakuha na rin yung plaka. Toyota Alabang. Mga 1 month din hinintay after iturn over ng Customs sa LTO.

Sana bago bumaba itong hepe ng LTO, ma-release na ang mga plaka...

Nabayaran na kasi (almost one and a half years ago iyong worst case sa akin) - kaya malaki ang duda natin...
