Not true. What I know is the losing bidder filed a TRO sa SC.

Kaya nga I was saying it's not only the executive them at ****ing up PH but SC as well. Simple lang pero epal. Sana naman of they gonna issue TRO. Then mag set aagad ng hearing para matapos agad. But laging nangyayari eh Ang tagal-tagal bago sila maka decide. Wala ng kwenta more often that not Kung maglabas sila ng decision.

i think may issue ang COA sa pinalabas ng LTO na programa... yung totally palitan lahat ng plates (old and new) into the white background black font we now see on the roads... kung bakit dinisallow ng COA.. yun ang di ko pa sigurado...

LTO spoekesperson has been pointing to that in numerous interviews ni Ted Failon sa kanya...

Gagawa-gawa kasi ng ILLEGAL ang LTO at DOTC na pinamumunuan ni pABAYA, tapos pag nabuking ng COA, at pina-TRO ng korte sasabihin korte ang may kasalanan. How convenient indeed. Palapak talaga kasi mga tao na tinatalaga ni PNoy kaya nagkanda-leche-leche buhay nating mga motorista. Same thing with the MRT central station. 6 years later, wala pa ring Central Station, to the detriment of the public. Stop blaming the courts.

LTFRB executive director Robert Cabrera is new LTO chief | Inquirer News

The Land Transportation Office (LTO) will have a new head as it welcomes the New Year.

Land Transportation Franchising and Regulatory Board (LTFRB) executive director Robert Cabrera will replace former LTO chief Assistant Secretary Alfonso Tan Jr. who stepped down from his post last November, Department of Transportation and Communications (DOTC) Secretary Joseph Emilio Abaya confirmed on Sunday.
Will this new chief be a fall guy or will he clean up the mess or will he expedite the kurakot in the next 6 months ? It's something to wait and see. Abaya the number 1 culprit for resignation has the thick face to hang on. Nakaw & screw-up pa more in the remaining 6 months.

Dinis-allow ng COA kasi noong panahon na bid out yang project in 2013, 180 million lang ang allowed na procurement budget. Ang contract is for 3.8 Billion!!!! Matuwid na Daan is a sham.

Hi guys...my friend will get the Wigo at Toyota shaw anytime this week. I am wondering kung gaano katagal yung travel permit na ibibigay ng dealer sa mga new car buyers habang wala pang OR, CR, and the plate number. Nasabi ko na din sa kaibigan ko na ipaasikaso na ng SA na kausap niya yung OR at CR once bumalik na sila sa work bukas so that makuha agad yung OR at CR.

Also, saan maganda magpagawa ng improvised plate number (pareho ng conduction sticker ng kotse)? Thanks! 🚗😉

Without the OR/CR, seven days lang from the delivery ang official na time allotted. Beyond this, an apprehension will incur a 5K fine yata. Ako I risked using the car after 1 week. 3 weeks inabot bago ko nakuha OR/CR.
