    Im just curious about these plates I've been seeing around with 3 letters and 2 numbers. I've been seeing them since last year. Are they special plates?

    Yes special plate mga yan. Yung X5 ng may-ari ng PCCorner sa Gilmore nga BMW 8 ang plate.

    special plate. AFAIK P20-25k compared to
    the triple no. with matching initials at P15K.
    Triple no with no initial P5-10K.
