    pwede na kayang mag request ng bagong plate number 400 lang daw un pag
    pinapalitan ko..

    confirmed ba pre 400 damage sa request ng new plate? biyak yung likod na plate ko, naka scotch tape lang. haha

    From what was explained by the LTO guy sa DZMM the other night, ang uunahin lang are those new cars pending issuance of plates since last year. They estimate to complete all delinquent plates by July 2014. Only then those who would renew their registration starting August will they change to new plates na.

    If i recall it right, kung ano ending ng existing plate the same will be for the new plate. For those brand new cars, yung request for ending numbers hindi na daw pwede unless you pay premium (extra racket na naman). In case nabanga yung bumper mo and since permanent na yung screw, need to request plate replacement (racket uli).

    Upon registration lang ba kelangan palitan ang plates? 2013 ko lang kasi nakuha ang car so 2016 pa next rehistro. Kahit saan LTO branch ba pwede magpapalit ng plates?

    Wala sir, not that i know of. Based on the news kasi, it was still in-effect until confirmed by LTO that there are no more backlogs of plate issuance.
