Sayang lang hindi ako makakapunta ng Zambales on the 19th, that would've given me the chance to try the new NLEX. Personally I'd be willing to pay the toll, medyo masakit man sa bulsa, as long as I'm guaranteed of wide, smooth and safe roads.

Yung Crosswind po, nakita ko nung first day yun.

I agree with mazdamazda. Bulacan and Pampanga are poised to become the next boomtowns. There is also a grand plan to...resurrect the train lines from Bulacan to Pampanga (or is it Pangasinan?). Ang grand vision is parang Shinkansen line from Tokyo to Osaka. Kapag may liko at high speeds, made-derail yung train sigurado. Relevance sa new NLEX? It would theoretically compelement the new freeway kasi mas mabilis na ang access sa Bulacan at Pampanga.

yes, i rerevive yung old train line from Caloocan to Clark. alam ko Ayala ang mag handle nun. yung mga squatters alam ko binibigyan ng P50K to relocate.

    OT muna:

    ayus a.....P50,000...swerte naman nila.

talagang gatasan ng pera ang mga middle class..wish i was on the better end..

    balik sa topic:

government should take this matter seriously.right now, major artery ng goods ang NLEX..kung di pa bumaba ngayon ang toll fees to a justifiable level,i'm afraid na we middle class and below will suffer in the end...starting with construction materials, sumunod na ang bus companies, then siguro produce from the the north..

    galing kanina...

First time in two years I got to try out the NLEX, I must say WOW! and WOW din sa toll fee :D I think I paid almost php 260+ end to end ... but the road is superb! I got to test the d-max at 140kph hehehe. Bilis nga ang byahe ... Automated ticket booth(stub claim) is great! :D tsaka napansin ko madami yung phone booths for emergency assistance which is cool. I wish some of the slower cars/trucks would trully stick to the right side - my only gripe
