balintawak, valenzuela & tabang business centers.

990 is just the cost of the EC tag (like SLEX's E-Pass). you have to reload them for it to work.

rebates are only granted to PUVs & Delivery Trucks.

    =====

traffic definitely improved! now that motorists prepare in advance exact changes.

Dapat every 100th vehicle free yung toll para mas madaming gagamit nung NLEX (baka ikaw yung lucky winner) :-) Tapos pwede nang ibaba yung toll for everyone else dahil mas madaming gumagamit..

yup, traffic definitely improved along the NLEX. it took me 1hr to traverse the whole stretch at almost constant speed of 110kph. yesterday, nag attend kami ng children's party sa hard rock, glorietta.

Balintawak to Bocaue is fix rate at 42.00 pero kung Bocaue to Balintawak ay 51.00.

    LOL!

don't have baon today... the pantry of my new workplace isn't ready yet... $8 for lunch??? OMG!!! I can have a decent lunch here for around $2-3.

they have imbedded sensors underneath the highway for the speed traps. for their mobile patrols, they use radar guns.

radar detectors are still not popular here though.

Big mac meal cost around $5 something here and i would have to order a couple of those....a chinese to-go order would cost you around 7 bucks plus soda so that would end you over 8 bucks.....

Do they sell radar/laser detectors there?

Not all state. In the east coast, NY and New Jersey are the worst. Most major bridges and roads charge tolls from $2 to $8.....if you drive from Washington DC to NY (about 300 miles) - gas is around $50 bucks (one way) and your toll is about $60 round-trip...

Back in the west coast, Washington state and Oregon dont charge any toll...in Cali, the only one i can remember is the Golden gate in SF....last time i was there was december of 2003 and it was $2 (if my memory serves me right)

All three passengers of a Toyota Tamaraw FX died when it turned turtle past the Angeles City interchange of the North Luzon Expressway late Tuesday, its traffic control center reported on Wednesday.

The report identified the casualties as Victoria and Arcadio Ferrer and the driver, Ireneo Navarro Iglesias Jr.

The vehicle was cruising the northbound lane when it flipped over several times, the report said, citing accounts of witnesses. It rolled on to a ditch near the southbound lane.
    malamang nag swerve yan...
