If that is the case, it's either LTO conveyed things badly during the press con, or this is just one bad news reporting:

Natapos na kasi ang pag-iimprenta ng mga lisensiya na gawa ngayon sa polycarbonate plastic.

If the printing is already done, and if the license cards are being distributed already, I don't understand why we all have to endure LTO's process all over again.

Tried getting my plastic... daming tao. I asked the checker if I'll be able to get my plastic, sabi niya yung sa haba ng pila, 5 pm if I were lucky. Yung problem kasi sa bago ng mga machines for the 5 year cards, kailangan ulitin ang application process manually, including picture taking. I turned around and left. Since 2021 pa naman ang expiration sa resibo, will wait for the backlog to disappear.

This makes me so mad

I renewed my license last year and the receipt only had a 1 yr validity. I will be spending another birthday in LTO!

Yung receipt ko ang tatak valid 1 yr only, mag expire siya next month.

Yup. But I hate that they only made the receipt one year sana ginawa na rin nila 3 years. Papahirapan na naman nila ako ulit to get the plastic. Buti ba yung kay Monseratto mahaba validity sa receipt
