February 21st, 2013 10:24 AM #1Guys - Have you heard of LTO issuing new plates this July? New design "daw" will include the 3 Letter and 4 number instead of the usual 3 number plates.

Thoughts? another money making business considering their long list of backlogs!

Why did you say it's a racket? And last year pa nasa plan ng LTO yan.

maybe the OP means yun mga rides na may personalized letter or number conbination . AAA-888, SSS-555 , ***-168 will have to pay big bucks again to get their desire number and letter conbination. kaya sinabi niya another rackets ng LTO...(kung lahat ng plate ng registered vehicles papalitan ng bagong ***-**** plate)

They will require to replace even the current one/old one pag lumabas ang bago plates. That's the reason kaya naging racket.

If that's the case, eh ok lang din. Basta tama lang ang presyo nila regarding trade-in of old plates

i think this is for security reasons also.
Be careful with channels like "China Observer" on YouTube. There is a clear bias in their posts and...
