Three months palang ako nagmamaneho, tapos kanina, hinuli ako ng traffic enforcer kasi stopping over the yellow box ako. Mali nga naman ako. Kahit alanganin na yung posisyon ko, di ko na tinuloy yung left turn ko, kasi patay na yung left turn na ilaw. So ayun nahuli ako.

If you get a red light while on the yellow box, you're obliged to clear the intersection. Hindi beating the red light yun, you're allowed to enter the intersection pag green or amber ang ilaw. That's partially why there's a 2 to 5 second period where the entire intersection gets a red light.

Ngayon kung barado naman yung intersection at may mga nakapatong na sa yellow box, better just refrain from crossing before the light turns green. Nakatulong ka pa sa mga tatawid from other directions when they get their green light.

If there's no yellow box nor a pedestrian lane, mentally draw a straight line between the street corners and stay behind that. ;)

The local government officers (e.g. Makati MAPSA, Pasay, Pasig) can do that. MMDA can't.

Ask ko lang dun sa mga nakapag bayad, fixed rate ba o depende sa violation yung fee? At magkano ang range? Eto ba yung babayaran pa sa MMDA sa Guadalupe?

Your just being paranoid being your first huli experience. First thing in this situation is keep calm. Just listen to what they are to say. i you knew your at fault, then so be it. You can try to appeal. In your particular instance, you should have used your wife pregnancy as alibi going to hospital rather than sa bahay. Mabait pa yung TE, as he only gave you just a warning.
