Ako pinakamabilis ko around 15-20minutes lang. 4:45pm ako nakapunta. You read it right. 15mintues before closing. Tatlo lang ata kami tao. Nakatayo na yung sa window 1 nagsusukay kaso nakita ako eh biglang napaupo napogian sa akin. hahahahahah.

Hindi ko sabihin sa inyo kung saan. Hindi ito satellite branch. Ang clue ko eh sa quezon city / san juan. So partida pa, hindi ito probinsya-level like novaliches, farview, caloocan, paranaque, las pinas, alabang, muntinlupa.

Kaya may techic na ako kung ano araw(secret din) and definetly bandang hapon. Bahala kayo magbolahan sa umaga. heheheheh

So pag yearly car registration eh swabe din.

Ok din yung nasa Robinsons Galleria, nasa Basement siya at aircon. Though hindi ko pa nakita gaano kadaming tao on weekdays.

Yun palang nasa Tiendesitas non-aircon yun pero malamig naman yung waiting area.

So, for example, June 2018 ang expiration ng DL, pwede na ako mag renew?

Pwede na daw mag renew ng licenses sa mga mall satellite offices kapag sabado. Di ko lang alam kung whole day affair ito.

Recent lang ako inutusan magrenew registration ng hindi ko kotse dahil nakikigamit ako. Alam nyo ilan minuto ako natapos including smoke emission = 45minutes. Hindi ko pa binilasan yan as in nakipagkwentuhan pa ako sa nageeemission kung may bumabagsak pa ba sa gaso. Ang sagot nung nagtest puro desel daw.

Maluwag kasi dito sa true quezon city lalo na pag hapon. Pag pasok ko apat lang naabutan ko mga nag-aantay na lang.

Bakit kasi nakikipagsabayan sa umaga na gera transaction.

the last time i emissioned, there was this obviously newly painted (and a very good job at that!), white crosswind, coming in for emissions testing.
don't know if he's the seller or he's the new owner.
but the moment the tester went thru the motions, it was obvious that the engine would fail miserably. parang del pilar transit nung inarangkada!

Better talaga pumunta mga around noon time. No noon time break naman sila. Last renewal ng rehistro ko, it took me almost 45mins including emission na. Huwag sa umaga, ang haba ng queue niyan. Meron pa diyan pinabalik from the previous day kaya dagdag pa sa waiting time yun.

Last time was last month yuh isang sasakyan. Iniintay na ako ng tao sa emission center then pag dating ko ako na agad.

Mag pa emission test lang ako then alis na ako ang I deliver na lang sa bahay yun documents ni hinde ako pumapasok ng LTO.

Metro Manila din yan hinde probinsiya.

i do mine on installment basis.
emissions test today.
insurance (outside the LTO! it's cheaper.) another day.
and when all documents are complete, go to LTO at 2:30 or 3.
i can do it this way, because all the offices involved are malapit naman sa workplace.
for driver license renewal, "sa mall". aircon na, marami pang consumer goods on sale.
