    dami namang gustong ipatupad.idea kolang, kung gusto nilang mapatupad yan dapat during vehicle registration palang thorough check na gagawin ng mga LTO staffs para don palang reject na.now if the owner will insist aba, wag ng tanggapin ang rehistro nya (yon e kung may balls ang head ng LTO at kaya nyang manindigan sa rules and regulation nila).
