Proper enforcement muna dapat ng existing rules and regulations. Andaming mga sasakyan na hindi na dapat pinapayagan sa kalsada. Every day and night I have to put up with vehicles with defective headlights, defective turn signals, no brake lights, etc., not to mention those which are too dilapidated to be considered road-worthy. Maalis lang yung mga yun sa daan and we'll see already see a significant improvement in traffic.
