No I am not cursing the MMDA. But I am really convinced that sitting in that govt agency causes a traffic jam in one's brain cells. First, there was Bayani Fernando and the pink fences, u-turn slots, wet rag, etc. Now there's a new genius in town and he has set up the Traffic & Transport Management Office or TTMO. No kidding. So the next time your license gets confiscated and you ask the enforcer, "Saan ko tutubisin yan?" Don't get shocked if he says, "Kunin mo sa TTMO."
