Agree ako dito, more of madidisiplina ang divers (hopefully!!) since there is a notion na someone is watching.

To add you are removing the middleman that's either corrupt or being corrupted.

Paano ba? Maglagay na ba ng cctv everywhere? TE's with cameras?

    Let's give this a chance.

This is a good move for MMDA. Although marami paring if and buts, pero as the time goes on matututo narin tayong maging disiplinado sa kalye kahit walang nakabantay o nakaabang na enforcer.

LTO and MMDA is a different story there, we'll know the LTO is way out of league compare to MMDA Management. Let's see kung anong improvements ang mababago in the next month after these new MMDA policy. On the LTO side, maganda na sana yung RFID nila nuon kung wala lang humarang.

what if the car has already been sold and re-sold several times, with none of the buyers bothering to transfer ownership..?
i guess it is time to make transfer of ownership a requirement after purchasing the car...?

It's alreayd a "requirement" to transfer ownership within 1 month of purchase. Failure to do so is penalized.
