    Di ba mas safety hazard itong mga to:

    1. Tricycle na wala o hindi naka-on yung headlights at nasa major road;

    2. Motorcycle drivers na parang ahas sa kalsada at walang helmet;

    3. Jeepneys na basag lahat ng tail lights at kuma-counter flow, nasa rightmost lane tapos kakaliwa pala;

    4. Jeepneys na nagbababa sa gitna ng kalye;

    5. Tricycle drivers na naka-sinelas at walang lisensya;

    6. Taxi drivers na nagka-cutting trip o hindi nagsasakay;

    7. Mga sasakyan na smoke belching;

    8. Mga kotseng may diplomatic plates na bastos sa kalsada;

    9. Mga bus na nangka-cut para makapagsakay ng pasahero;

    10. Mga kotseng mas matanda pa sa lolo ko na hindi naman well maintained.

    I wouldn't mind if they come out with policies for as long as they know what the priorities are. The problem is they come out with lots of policies but don't have the guts or the determination to implement these.

    I am not picking on public utility vehicles pero I believe, if public safety is the concern, the MMDA should focus on strengthening the policies on mass transport as more people take this unlike private vehicles na ilan lang naman ang laman.

    My 2 cents...

    I don't think it's the Altezza Lights, coz altezza/Lexus or Jaguar type tail lights have red and sometimes yellow lens on it. Only the clear white tail lights ang huhulihin coz nakakasilaw yun esp when the driver uses clear lens bulbs. Minsan you don;t know din if the vehicle is coming or going esp when you're on provincial roads. It's impossible na hulihin these 2 types coz if they do all LEXUS cars and 2004 Jaguar cars huhulihin coz it's their OEM/Stock Tail lights.
    They should concentrate na lang sa mga may WANG WANG and blinkers. O.A. naman kse kahit politicians here sa MANILA. Khit yan mga PSG na yan! babangain ka if they want to khit wala sila sa LANE! Dapat ONLY POLICE and emergency vehicles like ambulances lang ang may use nyan. Sometimes i don't know if i'll let the vehicle pass na coz you can't determine if the Siren is coming form an AMBULANCE o private car lang. E para namang you have enough space to move aside sa roads natin esp when traffic.

    I do believe that we have equal rights to use the road as these POLITICIANS do!

    MMDA is doing a good job. Matitigas lang tlaga ulo ng mga Drivers and problem is some of their enforcers are uneducated, mas masahol pa sa mga pulis kung makaasta.

    Anyway, let's always remember na lang na yun MALI will always be MALI, no excuses... hehe. Pinoy pa! Ang dami palusot!

    Did you know na sa US kaya may Wild Police Video Chases e sobrang taas ng fines? they go from 100$ to 300$ w/ 1yr license suspension pa! When i was there araw araw may Police Chases just because the driver wasn't wearing a SEAT BELT. I think 200$ ang fine. So walang lagayan dun. I think if papa implement yun here susunod lahat ng driver.

    agree ako sa batas na ito..

    kaso ano na nangyari sa seatbelt law???? ..wala ng nanghuhuli..

    mas dapat pa nga nila hulihin ang mga walang ilaw sa gabi..

    sa mga naka blue na park lights eh nahihirapan din ako makita lalo na pag agaw-dilim..

    yung transport groups nga eh gusto ipa-abolish ang "No contact, no aprehension" scheme ng MMDA.. samantalang meron naman proof ng pictures and video yung mga violations..

    and dapat itaas mga fines sa atin para madala na talaga mga violators na yan..
    like crossing the yellow-lane sa edsa.. dapat mga 5000php ang fine dyan..
    loading ang unloading sa bawal na lugar.. dapat 5000php din fine yan..
    sa hk, singapore at US eh ang titindi ng traffic fines nila..
