MMDA do they really help in development? or do they just develop themselves??

Mabuti na lang hindi na si Binay ang MMDA chairman. Grabe -- sobrang walang ginawang mabuti yon!

But I think the MMDA should be replaced by a governor for Metro Manila who will be elected by the people and would have the power to overrule petty mayors like Binay.

Like it or not, Metro Manila is actually one metropolis. It should have a coordinated government -- not two dozen mayors who want to do their own thing and who act like arrogant little lords in their own cities.
