OT: it was not Shamcey who said major major, it was the the darker beauty queen who said that phrase (major-major).

Back to topic: Go to MMDA in Edsa and tell them that there was a misunderstanding. The reason you left was to get your license at home, but when you came back, you could no longer locate the apprehending MMDA personel.

Asikasuhin niyo na to ASAP but look for someone you know that has some influence inside MMDA especially, with the adjudication department of MMDA,to go with you.
