    - Closure starts at 12:01 AM.
    - Closure of East and West bound of Seaside Blvd. cor. Macapagal Blvd.
    - Closure of Seaside Blvd. cor. Diokno.
    - North and sound bound of Macapagal Blvd. and Diokno will remain open to traffic.
    - All road closures to open at 11:00 AM.
    PLEASE TAKE ALTERNATE ROUTE
